Returns & refunds

Request a return within 30 days of delivery through our contact form. Include your order reference, the item, and the reason for the return.

For a change-of-mind return, keep the product unused and complete. Contact us for return instructions before sending it back. You cover return shipping unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective due to our error. Remove personal photos, documents, and cards before returning the item.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We aim to initiate refunds within 5 business days of approval; your payment provider may need additional time. Consumer rights granted by applicable law still apply.
